CRC in the News

CRC-led research and field work has been in the news throughout 2014, and the center’s work in Rhode Island gained notice from the environmental news website EcoRI News as the year wound down. On Tuesday, Dec. 23, work by CRC on the effects of climate change on Rhode Island’s salt marshes and coastal wetlands was the subject of an EcoRI News story. Also on Tuesday, EcoRI News recognized CRC’s work predicting the impacts of sea level rise in the state as one of the top 20 environmental stories of 2014.

 

CRC is Hiring a Marine Research Associate

CRC is hiring  a Marine Research Associate III who would be responsible for providing substantial technical and research support for the Coastal Resource Center’s (CRC) national, regional and local coastal and watershed management efforts. The position is full-time and is limited to 11-28-2015, with extension contingent on funding.
