Develop recommendations to the Providence Harbor Special Area Management Plan (SAMP) so that it better addresses urban waterfront development. Develop a Coastal and Estuarine Land Conservation Program (CELCP) for the CRMC that will identify key conservation needs/opportunities, land acquisition priorities, and the process through which the state would select projects that would be submitted for future consideration. Organize two workshops targeted at municipal officials and the public (homeowners primarily) focused on nutrients and on Coastal Buffer Zones.
