This activity focused on formalizing current partnerships and collaborative alliances by establishing a Collaborative Alliance for technical assistance providers and private sector representatives. This Alliance engaged in a collaborative education/outreach effort to foster aquaculture farm development. The Alliance served as a steering committee for execution of the work of this Pacific Shrimp project, as well as undertaking an expanded scope of work as a consultative group for other regional initiatives and activities.
