This network brought together the leaders of mature coastal management initiatives in Latin America to document their past and on-going experience, work together to codify good practices and promote collaborative action. The network promoted peer exchanges and developed a web-based knowledge management system to encourage discussion and disseminate the concepts, practices and tools that emerged from coastal ecosystem stewardship initiatives in a wide of settings. This project ended in December 2006.
