The goal of this project (ended July 1994) was to build the capacity of Prince of Songkla University to create an Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) center. This included researching and producing an ecological history of Pak Panang Bay and faculty and staff from the Coastal Resources Institute (CORIN) at Prince of Songkla University (PSU) identified issues for continued research, outreach and education.
