This activity is comprised of core documents related to the original project design, annual work plans, annual reports and semi-annual progress updates, and the monitoring and evaluation framework. The Monitoring and Evaluation component is designed around periodic self-assessment events scheduled at six month intervals. These events provide time to analyze and reflect on progress and, more importantly, to engage the participants in a process of collaborative learning and integration across issues and sectors. The final report contains reflections on the project accomplishments across all of its activities and serves as a capstone documentation of what Hen Mpoano has done, and learned, in order to clearly orient a well-thought-out way forward.
